Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sis4d ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on sis4d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this platform.
The following terms, when used in this document, carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
Access to and use of sis4d is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:
Age Restriction: It is illegal for persons under the age of 21 to use this Platform. If the Company determines that a Player is or was under 21 at the time of registration, the Account will be immediately closed, all pending wagers voided, and any deposited funds returned minus any winnings derived from that period. The Company reserves the right to report underage gambling attempts to relevant authorities.
Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. sis4d will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or WhatsApp. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have notified us of an unauthorised access event.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. The Company reserves the right to levy a monthly dormancy administrative fee of Rp 50.000 against dormant accounts, provided the Account balance is sufficient and the Player has received advance written notice by email.
In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and player protection standards, sis4d requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request and, in some circumstances, before certain deposit methods are available.
The Company aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases or cases requiring enhanced due diligence may take up to five (5) business days. During this period, your Account may be restricted to play-only mode with withdrawals suspended.
sis4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to source of funds declarations, enhanced identity checks, or transaction explanations, particularly where AML indicators are present. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
sis4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
The minimum deposit per transaction is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player tier and are displayed at the point of transaction in the Platform cashier. Players may contact customer support to request a review of their deposit limits.
Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes after the transfer is confirmed on the banking network. E-wallet deposits credit instantly in most cases. sis4d is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider's processing infrastructure. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, contact support with your transfer receipt for manual verification.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency received will be automatically converted at the prevailing rate, with associated exchange costs borne by the Player.
Players may request withdrawal of available Account balances at any time, subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms.
Withdrawals must be directed to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the most recent deposit, or to an account demonstrably registered in your own name. This policy is a standard AML measure to prevent money laundering and third-party payment facilitation.
The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 100.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are tiered by VIP level: Bronze tier — Rp 50.000.000 per day; Silver tier — Rp 100.000.000 per day; Gold tier — Rp 250.000.000 per day. Players may submit a request to the VIP team to discuss elevated limits where applicable.
sis4d does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer or service fees, which are outside the Company's control. Players are encouraged to confirm fee structures with their payment providers directly.
sis4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. Each bonus is governed by specific terms published at the time of the promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly at the time of bonus activation. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 200.000 bonus requires Rp 6.000.000 in total eligible wagers before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, table games 10–15%, and sports betting wagers contribute at varying rates depending on odds and market type. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms and conditions.
sis4d actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering exclusively on high-RTP games to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, hedging bets across different outcomes to guarantee a wagering requirement outcome, and colluding with other Players. Detection of any such activity results in cancellation of the relevant bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
All bonuses carry an expiry date after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited. Expiry periods vary by promotion type and are clearly stated at the time of bonus award. Players are encouraged to review the expiry date in their Account bonus dashboard before commencing play.
sis4d operates a comprehensive gaming platform covering sports betting (including football leagues such as BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), live casino, slot games, table games, and crash games. The following general rules apply across all products.
sis4d reserves the right to decline any wager, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Wagers are not confirmed until the Platform has issued an explicit confirmation receipt showing the bet reference number, selection, odds, and stake amount.
Minimum and maximum stake limits per wager are displayed within each game or betting market. These limits may vary by game type, Player tier, and market conditions. sis4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.
In the event that odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, sis4d reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes at the correct odds or at void settlement. Similarly, if a game malfunctions mid-round, the round will be voided and the stake returned. Winnings from palpably erroneous odds or malfunctioning games will not be honoured.
Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting, widely popular in Indonesia's sportsbook community) requires all legs to be settled as winners for the full accumulator to pay out. If one leg is voided, the accumulator recalculates excluding that leg. Mix parlay boosts and enhanced odds offers are governed by the specific promotion terms in effect at the time of placement.
Any attempt to collude with other Players, exploit software vulnerabilities, employ prohibited betting systems such as arbitrage in contravention of maximum payout limits, or use automated betting software (bots) is strictly forbidden. sis4d employs specialist fraud detection systems. Confirmed cheating results in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

All content on the sis4d Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of sis4d or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the express prior written consent of sis4d. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sis4d, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if sis4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
sis4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability. The Company will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where operationally feasible. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection when accessing the Platform. sis4d is not liable for wager outcomes affected by disconnections, latency, or network failures on the Player's side. Where a live bet is interrupted mid-event, standard settlement rules apply based on the information available at the time of settlement.
Gambling involves financial risk. sis4d is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the Platform. Players are advised to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose. The Company does not provide financial or investment advice, and nothing on this Platform should be construed as such.
Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. Players may close their Account by contacting customer support in writing. sis4d may suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Where an Account is closed by the Company for a reason other than Player breach (e.g., a regulatory requirement), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's designated withdrawal account within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding AML checks.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sis4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, conducted in the English language.
sis4d acknowledges that it operates as an offshore platform accessible to Indonesian users. The Company's services are provided from an international jurisdiction and are intended for players who access them in accordance with their own assessment of applicable local laws. sis4d does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in your specific location; please consult a qualified legal professional if you are uncertain.

The Company commits to responding to formal written complaints within five (5) business days and to resolving most disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of all relevant information.
sis4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
